A one month subscription cycle equals a 31-day period. So if you join and actively use the service for 21 days but then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will also be put on hold. This means you'll still have 10 days of service left to be utilized whenever you need them in the future.

Proxee Design is committed to quick turnaround times but this depends on the complexity of the task. On average we can do a 48 hour turn around time or less, but for complex tasks this turn around time can increase.

Additionally, you will be able to easily manage orders, products, inventory, payments, taxes, shipping, customer accounts, discounts / promotions and analytics inside Webflow.

We use Trello, an easy to use collaborative project management tool. Once signed up all instructions on how to use Trello will be in the card on the far left. The best way to explain designs to us is by giving a design brief inside the task you've created in Trello. Also you can share images, docs, videos, etc via a Google Drive link or any online storage that you use. Essentially, any content that can be linked or shared within Trello is accepted and welcomed.

A refund is possible if we have not yet started working on any design tasks for you or if you subscribed without the intent of us needing to do work for you. However, once we commence the design process from your design request, refunds will not be available. We are a team of professionals and guarentee top quality work. We'll do any revisions necessary for you.
